About Donna Stellhorn

In writing Feng Shui Form, Design and Feng Shui Expert, Donna Stellhorn shares her more than 17 years' experience of problem-solving and working with individuals to improve their personal and business environments. Already a best-selling author, popular speaker, teacher and consultant, Donna is also an energetic entrepreneur who maintains a prize-winning Feng Shui wholesale and retail product line. She constantly strives to make both useful information and helpful tools available to us. In her newest and most comprehensive book to date, Donna generously shares her experience and her expertise.

Donna's childhood home in the Southern California city of Burbank was under near constant renovation as the family grew. This sparked her imagination and interest in home decorating and the importance of personal space. From a very young age Donna recognized the effects of a home's decor on the people who lived in it and their level of personal satisfaction. She determined to pursue a career that would allow her to work with personal environments and found answers to much of the puzzle of creating beautiful and harmonious personal spaces in the ancient techniques of Feng Shui as they applied to the concepts of interior design.

Following her studies in Los Angeles, in the early 1990's Donna moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, the place that was to become her home for the next ten years. Her reputation as a Feng Shui Consultant grew as she wrote and published more than 80 articles on her favorite topic, lectured, taught classes and workshops and saw clients through the Southwest. In 1995 she was invited to write her first Feng Shui book, Fuhl Dich wohl mit Feng Shui for the European market. The book was published in 1996, introducing the concepts of Feng Shui and Interior Design to an eager readership overseas. During the New Mexico years Donna also started developing a product line of Feng Shui cures and began growing an online wholesale and retail marketplace.

In 2002 with her husband, Dannie, she moved to Boston, Massachusetts and there became the Director of the Boston Chapter of the International Feng Shui Guild. She also spoke several times at the Boston Society of Architect’s Build Boston and Residential Design Conferences. Her Feng Shui product line was picked up by both Wild Oats Markets as well as being sold in many specialty gift shops. In 2004 she won the COVR award for product design for new Home and Garden product.

In 2006 expansion continued as she opened a new office in Phoenix, Arizona. Donna’s Feng Shui products were picked up by Whole Foods Markets and more and more gift stores. Her 2006/2007 teaching schedule will include Phoenix, Boston, Portland OR, Las Vegas and more. She does consultations for people across the country, both in person and on the phone. And Donna is currently working on her next book, new products, new projects and is looking forward to hearing from you about your experiences with Feng Shui.
