Feng Shui is a combination of interior design, environmental psychology and personal coaching. A Residential Feng Shui consultation can help balance the energy in your home so that you can access opportunities of joy, wealth, wellness and happy relationships. Together we will look at your home (if via phone then through your pictures) and I will assess the way the energy flows through the house and where the blocks are. Then we can discuss solutions and I can provide you with detailed information for making changes.
Consultations can be done by phone with
your pictures and floorplan (if available). Phone
consultations are $150 per hour and usually take 1-2
hours. House calls are also available for clients in the
Phoenix area. House calls are $500 and take 1.5-3
hours. A CD recording of your consultation by phone or in person is available for an additional charge of $25.

Signs of blocked energy can result in stress, fatigue, lack
of motivation, irritability, excessive fear, diminished
attention span, arguing, health concerns, money issues,
relationship trouble, spiritual disconnect and more.

How long does a visit
take?
Consultation times vary based
on the size of the residence, number of people who
live in the home and extent of the difficulties you are
experiencing.

Will I need more than
one consultation?
The consultation with Donna will give you a lot
of information about the things that should be changed to make
the energy balanced and harmonious. Additional consultations are
only needed when living arrangements change (someone moves
in or out), the home is renovated or redecorated, or if
your focus changes (you become interested in having a business
at home for example).

What happens during
a consultation?
You meet with Donna at your
home (the entire family need not be present but Donna is
happy to meet with them if they are available and
Donna is very happy to meet all of your pets). During
the walk-through Donna will discuss with you the things and
energies she observes in the home. She will measure the quantity and
quality of the energy with her experience and she may
also use a compass, pendulum or charts. She may ask you
about certain items in the house that have strong energy. And Donna
will discuss the changes with you so you are clear
on what to do.

What do I need to do
before my consultation?
Nothing. It is
easier to see energy blocks if the home is left in its usual
state. There is no need to do special cleaning before a
consultation.

I want to redecorate
my home using the principles of Feng Shui. Can Donna help
me with that?
Yes, Donna can
suggest colors, furniture, and coverings for soft and hard
surfaces.

Our house is being
renovated is this a good time to have Donna come?
Maybe. If construction has already begun Donna can help
you with color and decorating choices but if those have
already been chosen then it would be better to have Donna
in after renovations have been completed. If you are still
in the planning stage Donna can make suggestions based on
Feng Shui principles for layout and floor plans.

I am moving soon. Is
it worth having a consultation now?
Perhaps. If you have already picked a place then Donna can
help you once you have access to the new place. And if you
are having trouble finding a place then Donna locate a good
area for you, help you determine a good time to move in
and look at potential properties to see if they have the
positive energy you are looking for.

selling my home. Can Donna help me with that?
Absolutely. Donna can help you stage your house so that
it will sell quickly and for the best price possible. Because
Feng Shui creates a harmonious energy that welcomes buyers

change the energy of slow moving properties.

How much does a consultation
cost?
House calls in the Phoenix area are $500. House calls last from 1.5 to 3 hours. Phone consultations are $150.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. A CD recording of the house call or phone consultation is available for an additional charge of $25.
